Prior to use, do these need to be primed?

The kits are ready for installation without priming as far as I can recall

Do you know if this comes with all the hardware you need? What do bump stop and top nut look like?

They did not come with a bump stop, but yes, they included the top nut and sleeve.

Is it because KYB front springs come with two strut caps (and they make rears with only one)?

The caps are different for each year of the Here's an example. In 1974 and earlier, the 280Z cap is 51mm, and the 54mm cap is on all subsequent models. There are different threads as well.

They are for my 1973 Nissan 240Z. It was difficult to put one strut in, so I had to sand it Additionally, some oil was poured into the tubes to help cool them. Compared to the old tokico blues, my new car feels more comfortable and handles better. There is a little underdamping in the rear with 140lb springs, but it's close enough for most.

Those are the old Z cars

After consulting a few sources for Z car parts, these came out to be the best bargain. It was terrific to get the parts for the price, the delivery, and the fact that they worked well. I appreciate it.
