The front of the vehicle will require two kits. The photo shows two cams because each side has one for the front and back of the arm, making a total of four: LF, LB, RF, and RB. My alignment shop got my front end dead on, and I mean dead on, and it's a fantastic piece of equipment.
It shouldn't be necessary, but if it makes you feel better, go ahead. The job is done by lock washers.
They're the same size as the bolts, and they do fit perfectly.
Yes, and because each lca has two bolts, you'll need two sets.

After I lowered the suspension on my 2008 Harley Davidson F-150, With a Ground Force Shackle kit, it'll cost you $150.
They're well-made and have performed admirably on my truck thus far. It took a long time to track them down, but I am grateful to have done so and to be able to use them. They're so simple to put together and set up that my 18-year-old installed them before I could even supervise him. This product has exceeded my expectations, and I would strongly recommend it.
I was on the verge of allowing NTB to install these for me, but I'm glad I didn't. They told me that the parts would cost $127 per side, with the labor costing the rest. My impact wrench didn't have enough torque to remove the OEM nuts, so it took me 30 minutes to install these. Super easy to install videos on YouTube, I have a 2010 F150 4x4.
I bought these based on recommendations I saw on Ford F150 forums, and I would not have bought them otherwise. This is a great investment, and I'm glad they're available. They haven't been installed in my truck yet, but I'm a stickler for high-quality parts in my vehicles, and these are exactly what I was looking for.
Les Schwab thanked me for having these because he needed them to align my 2006 Ford F150 with a 2" lift on 34s. It worked perfectly.
For a 2004 Ford F150 2WD, this product works perfectly.
During the installation process, the caster shifted. I wish someone had informed me sooner that these Ford trucks lacked camber/caster adjustment. I almost ruined a brand new set of tires before. All discount tires said was that I needed to rotate my tires more frequently or replace my struts. What a smorgasbord of dips! @'s !.
Parts that have been precision machined. Installing it is simple and quick. It took me about 20 minutes to install this product on my 2005 F150 so that the alignment could be done precisely.
