Questions & Answers

Is there a front and rear kit included in this package? Or do you want something different for the front and back?

This is something I recently bought for my F- Raptor (number 150): Only the front and one side of the car are covered by this kit. To replace both front wheels, you'll need two kits.

Do these work with the 2015 F-150? 150 4x4 (non-commercial) raptor)?

Is it possible for anyone to install it, or is it better to hire a professional to do so?

The Moog K100070 kit is designed to be installed and adjusted while having an alignment performed on the vehicle. Thank you

Unlike the stamped sheet, this one is much more durable

brackets made of metal The alignment guy at the shop where the adjusters were installed has a fear of over-alignment for some reason. Even after I showed him the spec for the control arm bolts was 222 ft/lbs, he continued to tighten them. The under-appreciated bolts that were part of the sheet-metal frame were torqued The control arms were able to move thanks to a metal type kit they installed, which was initially noticeable as a "clunk" during extremely sharp turns. After only 2,000 miles, the tires had developed significant shoulder wear, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place, but had now become much worse. The sheetmetal brackets were ruined by the movement of the control arms. br>I returned the truck to the same shop, and they replaced the kit at no cost to me, as well as re-wiring the vehicle. performed the alignment Same guy. They didn't test drive the truck because it lasted until after closing time. I could tell the alignment was wrong as soon as I got on the highway. It took about 5 miles to get home, and the sheetmetal brackets he had just installed were flattened again after hitting a manhole cover, pothole, and other obstacles. br>After installing the Moog adjusters, I went to another shop and told them about my ordeal. I guess they missed the point (was it lost in translation?). ), because the bolts were loose when I got home, despite my request that they be tightened to 250 lb/ft as specified in the Moog instructions. These brackets, on the other hand, were able to withstand the trip (roughly 2 miles). I used a silver Sharpie to mark the positions of the elliptical washer on the brackets, then tightened the bolts and added an extra locknut as a jam-release mechanism. The truck runs fine, but I'm not sure if the alignment and tire wear have been addressed yet. br>Does anyone know how to say "tighten the bolts!" in a foreign language? " How do you say that in Spanish?.

They perform admirably
5/5

I work in a shop, and I've probably aligned a hundred Ford F150s with this type of adjuster. Grab the pry bar and hammer, and get to work, as I used to do. I installed these on my F150 and was blown away by how quickly I was able to complete the alignment in half the time it normally took. Now, whenever a customer with a 2004 to 2014 F150 comes in for an alignment, I recommend that they install these first before having the alignment done. We began keeping them in stock so that I wouldn't have to wait for them to arrive at the parts store. We even cover the cost of labor to install them for the customer (which takes about 5 minutes), but that 5 minutes could save you an hour of prying and caster sweeps on the alignment rack. In my opinion, it was well worth the money.

If you're lifting or lowering your F150, you'll need this to adjust the camber and caster
5/5

On his 2019 F150, a coworker installed a 4/6 lowering kit and purchased stamped steel brackets with cammed bolts from a local parts store to adjust the caster/camber later. Every single one of those things was a disaster, with the locating tab bending or shearing off. br>br>I ordered these for him from Amazon, and we installed them using the factory bolts as instructed. After switching to these, I was able to dial in the caster and camber in five minutes on the alignment rack. The Moog product is of good quality.

No bolts

2 kits are recommended. To install, you'll need two kits (for a total of four assemblies). If you're not sure why, just watch some installation videos and you'll notice that you use two assemblies (1 kit) on the left and two more on the right. br>The item arrived on time and was exactly what I had hoped for. It does not come with bolts, but it will work with the ones you already have. I bought this for my 2008 F150 so that my leveling kit could have a wider range of adjustment. br>At the time I bought it, it was the best deal I could find (and probably still is), and while I would have preferred brand new bolts, they weren't necessary.

Holds the alignment options
4/5

With socket and box end wrenches, the installation takes only 20 minutes. These eliminate the dreaded problem of Ford control arms slipping out of alignment and allow technicians to adjust settings without having to pry on wheels while on the alignment rack.

What can I say, Moog products are my go-to auto parts, and they're a fantastic value here on Amazon
5/5

At the local auto parts store, they were nearly twice the price. I have no complaints and will continue to purchase auto parts from Moog.

Excellent product

They appear to be in excellent condition and were delivered in perfect condition. I'm a huge fan of Moog suspension systems. I didn't use it and will return it because I found a more durable (and slightly more expensive) camber caster kit with bolts. 86252 Camber/Caster Kit (Raptor) br>br>Specialty Products 86252 Camber/Caster Kit (Raptor) br>br>Specialty Products 86252 Camber/Caster F150 Hd).

Check to see if the Box has two
3/5

These are great for adjusting alignment on the F150, but I ordered them for camber and caster, and one of my orders arrived late and separately, and when I installed my suspension kit and went to use them, I discovered the second shipment was missing one adjustment bolt. I love the product, but I'm disappointed that they only sent one instead of a pair.
