The sensor was ordered for a 2005 Ford Five Hundred, and it fit while triggering the check engine light, but it failed to resolve the problem. Napa Auto Parts was the place I had to buy one from.

This is not a new concept. A lot of pins were bent, one in a really bad way, and you can clearly see where it was screwed in before. It is good news that the pins were straightened and the ECM started working, so I have given it three stars instead of one.
