Questions & Answers

The 2 bank 1 sensors (b1s1 and b1s2) are out on my 2007 Camry V6. Are there any parts in part number 234-? Do both sensors on the 4260 need to be replaced?

Thanks for stopping by. I have a 2009 Venza with 3 cylinders. 2 gallons - 5 liters As far as Wikipedia is concerned, both of our engines have the same FE V6 gas engine. It is certain that the part replaces both sensors, but I would recommend visiting my local Toyota Dealer and asking them to provide a price quotation for In this case, the part number should match. That's all there is to it! German gunster

Does this sensor dense appear to be an original or a copy?

In the original

There is a check engine light on in my 2009 Toyota Camry 2. The oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2 is part of the 4l5 speed automatic code P0137. Does this part fix the problem?

When standing in front of the vehicle, the Bank 1 sensor is under the driver's side and the Bank 2 sensor is behind the Cat exhaust system. *If you replace the sensing unit 1 between the engine and muffler, it will take you 30 minutes or less to get it done. The biggest challenge is getting the small flat screw driver on top of the plug The tab needs to be lifted in order to unplug the unit.

What will happen if I install this onto my 2006 Toyota Tacoma pre-runner and if the engine light stays off?

I believe it fits downstream perfectly, and to keep the light on, you must clear the code.

It was just the right accessory for my One of the sensors for my 09 Toyota was missing, so I bought it at my The part cost me 100 bucks to install, but it didn't work
5/5

The check engine light would still come on after it was installed. It was not possible to exchange the part, as I took it back hoping for a refund but it did not happen. It cost over $150 at the dealer for the original Toyota part. I found the same Denso sensor on Amazon for under I placed an order for $00 and was pleased with the results. The part fit my Toyota just like a glove, so now the check engine light is off. Denso sensor is very good indeed, with a quick delivery timeframe, and a great price.

The price is great and the plug-and-play feature is great as well

You don't have to worry about check engine (sensor) codes anymore. Added this sensor along with its corresponding sensor in the other manifold in the vehicle. There was a malfunction in the heater circuit on one of the engines. One of the sensors in the engine control module gave a code. tested both sensors with an Ohm meter, the readings were in the neighborhood of 11 ohms, which is how they should be reading, but the code kept resurfacing after I reset the system. I replaced both sensors on the car because it has 165 thousand miles on it. It has been four weeks now since there has been no check engine code. This Denso sensor is a direct replacement for the original, right down to the same electrical connector. The car now runs noticeably better. Denniso's website gives good details about the exact replacement and how it compares to the OEM. Models that are universal.

I used a screwdriver to remove and replace the sensors. Since the old ones had been in the manifold so long, I thought it would be a little difficult. In addition, I shot them with some PB Blaster about a week before, and in the hours leading up to.

I was able to fix it- The check engine light has now been turned off

My 2007 Camry LE's oxygen sensor has recently been replaced due to a bad Bank 2 Sensor 2. I bought this almost for nothing (after points) on this site, and I knew it could be changed in a flash with some ramps I made myself and a cheapo 7/8" socket wrench. Please do not use a 7/8-inch wrench - You need to use a 22mm wrench instead of a 7/8" as the 7/8" will strip out the sensor, as I did. I took it to a muffler shop, where it was lifted, torched, and the sensor was You shouldn't put the thermocouple in immediately after a heat session. Wait a short time before you do it. Even though the check engine light was still on after the 1st day of driving (took a guess that the plug might be in the wrong place or another issue), after the 2nd day it disappeared. I'm in the middle of a good and clear drive after driving 200 miles. It comes highly recommended - There is no better price than this! * Note You can find out the type of sensor you need by following this simple guide. It is a 2GR A FE v6 engine is a transverse layout composed of cylinders 1 through 6 The bank 1 number is near the windshield on Bank 5 (Bank 1). 2 and 3 The six are in Bank 2, near the grilles on the front. There is a bank of sensors 2 in the car under the driver's side, and a bank of sensors 2 in the side of the car near the passenger side. Sensor 1 (Bank 1 and 2) are both located in the engine compartment under the hood, which can be accessed and worked on.

The FJ Cruiser 2008 fits this kit
5/5

My 2008 FJ Cruiser was compatible with the system. I got the check engine light on and took it to Toyota, who told me the passenger side catalytic converter was bad and I needed to have it They quoted me for the work, so I checked FJ Cruiser forums and noted that the cats are likely to last 20 years rather than 10 and that after 10 years the O2 and AF sensors are much more likely to fail. It is these sensors that allow the computer on board to determine the health of the cats, which is why I decided to replace both before I chose a new cat. The AF sensor and this one can be bought from Amazon and they can be replaced at a local garage for under $100. The engine lights broke out several months ago and have not been seen I used this sensor, and it worked as described, fitted my vehicle, and, best of all, resolved the potential larger issue.

The 2009 Venza V6 is compatible with this part
5/5

The 2009 Toyota Venza 3 O2 sensor matches the original. There was a problem with the oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2 due to error code P0059. It was fixed with the fix. Be patient while you try to remove the old sensor, because it is difficult. Make sure you are careful. It took around 3 hours to coat it with anti-rust spray. I watched a few YouTube videos while I was doing it. Using an extra long 22mm wrench, I tightened the nut. Due to the fact that I crawled under the car, both plastic engine splash shields will have to be removed. A code reader I used to read the OBDII codes cleared the check engine light. I wish you success.

This is an easy looked at my local parts stores, auto zone and oriellys, and found the exact part both for about $100, so I ordered it on Amazon for half the price and installed it It is simply a matter of making sure you have the correct sensor for the problem showing in your code
5/5

The oil change company was able to print the codes after I went for an oil change. As a result of this part, my dash is now free of the two warning lights. There is an Engine light and a VSC While replacing the sensor took longer than removing the plastic skid plates, it took less time to remove the plastic skid plates.

I haven't had any problems with this one after 3 years and 40000 miles
5/5

Although one of the other ones failed, this one continues to run. For the Toyota Avalon 2005 and up, this is the Bank 2 Sensor 2 It is Denso that is the There must be no It may also be a water or wiring issue. You should use CRC cleaner on connectors and yes, it can sometimes be a wiring/circuit There are times when removing these can be difficult. I'd spray with PB blaster and drive for a few days before removing it and maybe spray with it again just before removing.

Authentic OEM part from a reputable manufacturer
5/5

My car had an identical OEM Denso part when it was originally manufactured. The product came in a retail box with an anti-bacterial copper shield You are siezed. As I did, I advised you to spend the extra few dollars to get the exact OEM sensor. There is a chance this will save you a lot of time and headaches during installation (some generic sensors do not have the connectors on them, so you will have to cut the ends off your old one to reuse it) The product is good.
