The Mercedes W463 G-Class Wagon from 1986-2018 is compatible with this model

This dark smoke lens replaces the single passenger side clear lens back up lamp and the driver side standard red lens rear marker / trim with full LED backup reverse lights with rear fog lamps (replaces OEM Part A0018207356 and A0018207256).

For your G-Class, load resistor decoding is included, and all CAN-bus errors are removed.

In order to install these, do you have to remove your rear bumper?

You do not have to do that. The ones I have installed have been done in auto service. They can be put in by yourself, but you need to work under the rear bumper.

What are the instructions for installation?

This is a pretty good software but it took a while to install. It took almost an hour.

If you turn on the rear foglights, do the red lamps come on along with the taillight? If not, do they only come on when you turn on the taillights?

It only comes on when you turn on the fogs I tested them on my 2013 G63 and they worked fine.
