Questions & Answers
Yes and no: they're loud and sound like a train horn, especially at 90 psi, but they're nowhere near as loud or as deep in tone as a real train horn. Hornblasters sells them, but they range in price from around $700 to thousands of dollars.

However, after 2 hours of searching, I was able to locate a suitable location for it to be mounted on my truck. It's so loud that it shakes my truck's feed. This horn has a lot of appeal to me.
As stated in the title, I am very impressed with the sound of the horn. Finding a large enough space inside my engine compartment to install the horns was difficult, but I was able to find space in my TJ Jeep Wrangler. I mounted the compressor on top of my speaker in the back of the seat, as you can see in the photos. I also used 1/4" braided nylon hose from a local hardware store, as well as 1/4" brass barbed fittings with 1/8" NPT male threads, due to previous reviews about the supplied hose failing. It took a long time to install, but it wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, the system had a small leak, and it had to be pumped up every 30 minutes. I reached out to the seller and received a prompt response. I discovered a slight leak on the compressor itself, but not enough to require the system to be recharged every 30 minutes. After using soap water to investigate further, I discovered the source of the problem: a pinhole in the braided hose I purchased locally, which was discovered on a section beneath the Jeep. With the exception of a minor leak on the compressor, the majority of the problem stemmed from faulty hardware, not from the seller. By tightening the fitting even more, I was able to stop the compressor from leaking. Bottom line, I am very happy with my purchase, and it has already proven useful when dealing with people who pull out in front of me in traffic and those who are more interested in texting at a stop light than seeing the light change in front of them.
This horn is for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that I purchased. It's simply too large to fit in the engine compartment. I tried everything I could think of to get in touch with the manufacturer and ask for a refund. After a long wait, I received word from the manufacturer, who has offered a full refund, which I greatly appreciate. I can't comment on how well the horn works because it's too big to fit in my jeep. That is something I will delegate to others.
It's ideal for my car, and it's also of good quality, so it's a good buy!.
br>It's time to make some changes. The compressor internals broke down after about a month.
For my Class A Motorhome, I purchased this horn set. I was fed up with people cutting me off in cars and trucks. I wasn't expecting it to work, but OMG is it loud the first time I hit it. I did notice that finding a dry location to mount the compressor and tank was difficult. I believe the tank should be placed away from the compressor.
Except for the fact that the horn came with a crack where you attach the hose, almost everything about it was fantastic. (This is one of the most important parts for the horn to work. ) Fortunately, we were able to rig it by sealing the crack with epoxy. The horn is fantastic after that, and it is extremely loud! In addition, the quality is excellent for the price. 👍.
With push-to-connect fittings and no air leaks, this was a breeze to put together. It's a fantastic buy for the money.
