Nice application! Only problem I created is one of my own. The blue LED would match the other gauges that I have, so I decided to replace the incandescent bulb with one. It hits the inside of the housing since the LED is longer than the bulb. In order to make the meter work, I had to disassemble it and modify the LED. In order to wrap the leads around the socket contacts, I removed the base from the LED and the leads from the LED. fine. If you plan on using an LED in this gauge and do not want to adapt it, you might want to consider this.

I loved this product as it met all of my needs

My experience has been really good so far. A satellite is acquired every 30 seconds when you turn it on for the first time. Tunnels are the only places where mine has lost signal. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it fit in the dash of my 1974 Peterbult. The product was excellent and I would buy it.
