Is this compatible with a Ford Bronco from 1993?

It's not an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement, but it'll suffice. Depending on where you place it, you may need to make a mounting bracket.

How many times do you have to press the brake pedal before the vacuum in the tank is depleted?

That will be determined by the size of your brake booster; on my old full-size Chevy with a fairly large booster, I can get two to three pumps before the vacuum is exhausted.

There are no documents included in this package. Is the check valve made of plastic an input or an output?

The input (vacuum) is the source of the problem.
