I think this is a great item for mechanics, but a total disaster for craft My goal was to use this to provide a smooth edge for a crafts project, but I found these There are several reasons to avoid it 1) 1) Because it is so flexible, it is difficult to affix the ragged edges to the sheet

securing with plastic cable ties is difficult There is no reason for them to leave. 4) All of the different tapes I've used to hold it closed eventually come undone.
