Mini Mania Sprint Booster V3 Compatible with Toyota 4Runner (2010-2021) - Eliminate Throttle Lag and Add Instant Pedal Response

As I read, people would be required to check the engine lights with that product. This was not something I was planning on doing. Ultimately, I chose the sprint booster for several reasons one, it was much smaller and easier to set up, two, it was easy to connect and three, I didn't need to leave it connected to set the settings! Thanks for the instruction. I found the inline device between the accelerator pedal and the line that probably goes to the computer and popped it in. That's all there is to it. My computer was up and running in no time. After I started at level 9 in S mode, it was like I was floored with just a simple touch of the pedal! For those who do not know, what this device does is magnify your input. In other words, at level 9, if you're pressing the gas 10% of the way, you're putting ninety percent of the power down. It took me a while to find a sweet spot, and I found myself lowering the levels until I got comfortable with what was acceptable to me. There's no doubt about it, this thing is great! There was a dead spot in the truck's foot pedal that had been present for a very long time, and this really woke it up. It is so much easier to pass with just a slight squeeze of the pedal and just another smoother ride. Once you've set it up, this is a must have for any Toyota 4Runner owner. I leave my little adjustment screen disconnected as it's pretty set it and forget it once you are done. There are no traces of it being installed, so there are no warranty issues.

I removed it in order to prevent warranty issues. Since I road my vehicle, I'm unsure if I'll leave throttle input dialed in while wheeling, since there's a benefit to me being numb on the throttle. If I upset my review and let you guys know, I not only won't need speed when I am off-roading, but I will also provide you all with. In all honesty, I would give it a 10/10!.

Using less gas in the last 5 tanks has resulted in an increase of 5 mpg. I use the pedal lock out to disable my vehicle's gas pedal whenever I park in a shoddy part of town, as well as disabled all the functions of my brakes with a 3 digit lockout code. It has that aspect that pedal commander does not have. Additionally, the remote is so much smaller and not much of an eyesore as pedal commander. It looks great mounted in one of the blank button spots. I drilled a hole in one of them and mounted it on top.

You had to absolutely mash the gas in order to keep going. decided to do a bit of reading on it and found out that the throttle by wire was the problem. Scientists messed with the algorithm to determine the relationship between throttle pedal position and actual throttle body position in order to gain more MPG. It is true that floor-in the throttle opens up the throttle body to 100%, but between idle and where it is at 100%, the response is delayed. Throttle cables were used in the old days for one to one ration. I found the Sprint Booster after I conducted this research. I cannot believe what a difference that makes. In less than 15 minutes, the system has been installed. This car does not emit check engine lights or drop in fuel economy, but it handles as if it were a totally different automobile. Now the engine feels like it's doing better and you have a better "feel" for it. What should I do when I go around corners in my You can slide the throttle for a split second and it will react exactly as you would expect it to. Previously, it would be a straight 1/4 throttle application without any indication whether or not the engine would downshift.

The 4runner feels peppy instead of sluggish after installing this engine. There is NO advertising power on this site! You can create a better signal for your gas peddle with it. In other words, if you floor your car, you aren't going to make it faster. This only improves the experience of driving on a regular basis. Setting the mone to green 4 is what I do.

It does what it promises - just as they said I have only used it for a week, but it does everything they said it would There is no acceleration lag, which is a common problem with the 4runner. I find it to be very good, but at $300, it's way too expensive. I would suggest a price between $150 and $200 A $200 check.

My 2018 4Runner TRD PRO has been upgraded in one of the best ways I've ever done. The green #5 value is perfect for me. What I like is that it was fast and easy to install and remove, it does not alter anything on my computer, and I don't have to change anything. I was pleased to find out that it is possible to use the pedal lock feature even though I have not yet used it. I enjoy driving the 4Runner more and I'm faster when I need it in situations that require lots of acceleration. However, after a few months there hasn't been an increase or decrease in mpg.

I asked the seller if they could get it to me before my trip if they can. FedEx said it would take 3 business days to deliver an expedited shipment, but it took six I received it in 2 days instead of 5 days. I love how quickly Sprint got me the booster, and I think it was well put together as well. The Runner felt like it was over idling when I tried another popular company. I installed them both the same way as suggested in the book. I don't have any error displays, but the booster works as though it were a part of the car. It's great to find something like this.
