If you own a 2011 Jeep Wrangler, this device is a great addition. There is no increase in horsepower, but it gives the impression that you have more power when you press the gas pedal. At the time of take-off, you get an immediate response. off. I should have bought one of these a long time ago.
This is something you'll need. The JKU was jolted awake by this. I have gears and a super chip, but this guy stood out more. The wire is a pain, and I wish the light on the controller didn't stay on all the time. Even so, it's fantastic.
The drive-by-wire accelerator now has no lag in acceleration. At all speeds, it is more responsive. When you step on the gas pedal, it immediately starts moving. It isn't a power boost, but it has awakened my Jeep to the point where I don't need any more power in my 3. 6L. When and where you need it, the power is there. For those looking to rev up their engine's bottom end, I highly recommend this book.
It was well worth the money! To get to the connection at the top of the pedal, I had to remove lower dash panels, disconnect the amp, and pull it out. Unlimited 2010 Jeep Wrangler I don't review things very often.
Although the installation on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was not easy, I can definitely tell a difference. I couldn't work because there was no room for my fingers, but I managed to get it plugged in eventually.
This is fantastic! Although it was a little pricey, it did eliminate acceleration lag. After loosening the original, which required some effort after 4 1/2 years of neglect, installation was a breeze.
It does exactly what it claims to do. The throttle response has been improved. It is simple to put together.
The throttle response of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was significantly improved thanks to this device. At any speed, the computer in these jeeps has a terrible algorithm that makes throttle response mushy. The booster does a good job of improving the response to the pedal by modifying the throttle position signal that is sent to the computer. When you first install it, it defaults to "race 5" mode, which I found to be too sensitive. I changed it to "race 3," which I preferred. After a while, I experimented with "sport 7" and decided to stick with it. br>br>It's a bit pricey, but given how bad the default throttle response is in these vehicles, I believe it's worth it. It only took about ten minutes to complete the installation.
