Fits 3. The engine, not the car, requires a 0l v6. what are your plans for work? The reason I ask is that spark plugs and wires are universally compatible with any engine, regardless of the vehicle in which they are installed. So, any Ford motor with that size, such as the 150, Escape, or Winstar. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, it will happen.
The coils aren't manufactured by Motorcraft. They are, however, an exact OEM fit for my 2008 Freestyle. It worked perfectly and without a hitch.
With this order, you'll receive 6 MAS ignition coils and SP493.

On my Fords, I prefer to use Motorcraft parts and oil, and these were reasonably priced and arrived promptly. The 6 ignition coils and spark plugs were easy to install after getting the intake manifold, air filter ductwork, throttle and cruise control cables, the throttle body, and a dozen or so hoses and electrical connections out of the way on the Ford Escape (I also replaced the PCV valve while I had everything out of the way). My wife and I both noticed a difference in our 13-year-old car's performance right away. We haven't gone through a tank of gas yet, but we are confident that our gas mileage will be similar to what it was in 2007. When I'm ready to tune up my other two Fords, I'll buy from this seller again.
0v6. These plugs are NOT listed as the CORRECT plug for the 2004 Ford Escape 3 anywhere I've looked, including Advance Auto, Rock Auto, and Motorcraft. I'd like to return them, but I'm afraid I won't be able to because they were purchased as part of a package deal. Maybe it's just me, but I assumed the coils were Motorcraft as well because of the caption on the photo, but they're apparently aftermarket (of unknown quality). As you can see in the photo, the original and correct plug is on the left. On the right, what arrived in this order!.
They also make it appear as if you're getting motocraft coils by flooding the description of the plugs with the word "motocraft. " When you factor in the cost of the plugs, all six coils come to $35. It was more than that for just one of an auto parts store's brands. What you pay for is exactly what you get. I returned them and went to the local hardware store to get plugs and coil packs. It's not worth the effort and time to install low-cost packs only to be abandoned on the side of the road to repeat the process.
br>Getting to the back three was definitely a beginner's project. br>I had to remove the manifold. Ford and others, please step up to the plate. They don't want us to fix our cars, which is unfortunate. br> br>Rebuilt PCU/computer control module, new plugs, new coil packs br>The car is in better shape than it has ever been. The dealership demanded $3400 in exchange for the car. I was able to do it for under $400.
Reasonably priced, and, as usual, delivered on time. The car is now in excellent working order!.
Amazon was the last place I thought I'd find a good deal on auto parts. What a pleasant surprise! My car started having problems the day before Thanksgiving, and we are currently short on funds. My husband found these parts on Amazon, and imagine my surprise when I learned that they were less than half the price of name brand parts and included everything needed to finish the job. The parts were installed the following weekend, and everything went smoothly. It was an amazing adventure!.
So far, everything has gone well! The spark plugs included in this kit did not fit the 2005 Ford Escape for which it was advertised. Because they didn't fit properly in the cylinder head, I went to the nearest parts store. I was skeptical of the coil packs at first, but they appear to be working well after a few weeks. I'm not sure how long these will last, but for the price compared to Ford OEM, they'll suffice for now!.
This coil and plug kit was exactly what I needed; I was concerned that the plugs would be damaged in transit, but they arrived in their original Motorcraft box, which was packed with the coils (which were bubble wrapped), and that box was in a sealed plastic envelope that was shipped in an Amazon box. br>br>Installation was simple, and the coils were a perfect fit.
