These coils were replaced as part of routine maintenance on a 2005 Nissan Sentra. There's nothing wrong with old coils, but I was worried that they might break down due to wear and tear. My check engine light came on four days after I installed these coils. With the help of a code reader, I was able to obtain the following code: P0300 - MISFIRE OUT OF THE BLUE. I replaced the new coils with the old ones, reset the CEL, and have had no problems since. CHINESE JUNK FOR SALE AT CHEAP PRICES. It was a good lesson. What you pay for is exactly what you get.

Because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the car, I tried junk yard parts. The junkyard parts turned out to be just as bad as the ones I already had! br>br>I finally get around to ordering some new parts for the old car, and they arrive as if by magic. Misfire is no longer a possibility. I tried swapping the coils because the problem was always with one cylinder, but it didn't work. Maybe the compression on that cylinder was lower than on the others? Could it be that the old coils in that cylinder leaked more? Maybe the electric pulse to that cylinder wasn't as strong as it should have been? What is to be expected? Regardless, the car now runs like new, with the exception of the jerky shifting. But, hey, that's not the coils' problem!.

Don't let yourself down if you believe you can't do it. This is a fantastic product that is simple to set up. Very well packaged. The fact that the car dealership estimated that purchasing and installing these items would cost $800 prompted me to buy them. So I did what any reasonable person would do when confronted with a seemingly excessive charge. I looked up how to do it on YouTube and discovered that it's very simple to do. I bought the coils, and it took exactly 17 minutes for me to install them. I was able to use a simple Phillips screwdriver to complete the task. A socket wrench can be used if necessary. It was just that I didn't think it was necessary. I hope this has been of assistance.

Quick delivery of the product. That's where the good stuff comes to an end. I only drove 500 miles with these in the car. In cylinder 2, there has already been a misfire. The misfire returned after I swapped the coil packs (2 for 3). I'm not even going to try to deal with the nonsense that comes with doing a return. I've never contacted the company because it seems pointless to me.
