It appears that there are two gaskets here, or just one?

Buying two of them is necessary because there is just one gasket.

Can you tell me their thickness? It wouldn't have been possible to see the gaskets on the new water pump if they were any thinner. A leak occurs as well. ?

There was no question about the quality of these Gaskets of standard thickness, made by ProGaskets. There was no way I could do it

My sincere thanks go out to There are multiple engine types that can be fitted with Fel Pro 5152 gaskets A longer mounting surface was set on the water pump on 2002 and some of the later engines. You can trim the Fel pro 5152 if it is not necessary to use the longer gasket on the water pump.

As I was carefully reading the description, I noticed SET was part of it. Unlike a standard set, this gasket is not a single piece. This is ridiculous!.

A set is not one gasket, but two. A misleading add should read two gaskets not In order to work correctly, the pump requires two gaskets instead of.

There is no better product than Fel Pro

There always has been and there always will be. Since I have owned a number of local shops over the years, I always use Fel Pro gaskets and have been doing so for over 25 years. Their products are the best on the market, and have been for years. I would not use those cheapy cardboard gaskets for a task that is going to take you hours to complete when the gasket will need to be replaced By using Fel Pro lines, you will have a bumper that lasts the lifetime of your vehicle and you won't have to replace it.

The two that you need are different

According to set on package, there's also need for two packages, but only 1 was ordered. i need another one. the pump says it came with one without gasket, but it came with one with a seal set so couldn't use one from each package! i have to order another one separately! There is only one gasket in the way.
