How well does this work on a 1969 Ford F100 ?

F100s with a 5 have a 5 in the model number. If you have a 9L V8 360 then it'll work, but I don't know how it will work with I hope this is helpful!

Do you know if the pack contains two?

There is only one more I need to order a really good quality one

It had a 428 in the engine, similar to the 69 Mustang
