That should be the case. There is a standard drain plug size on almost all Toyotas.
The rear diff is where I used them. On a '04 Tacoma 3, there are plugs. As it is a 4L V6 4wd Sr5, I would guess yes to that question.

This collection consists of the fill plug and drain plug for the differential at the rear. The photo is of a 2006 Toyota Tundra 2WD. My Toyota dealer wanted $2 when I went to them. The cost is $75 per This is crazy!.
The torque wrench is used to tighten front and rear diff bolts after oil changes. This is exactly the same as the original Toyota part. My husband and I were very pleased with the purchase. I like having the extras as well!.
By ordering these items, I don't have to pay an outrageous price to have the same thing done by a dealer. You should change the differential fluid in the rear once every 20 to 30 days The price of an AWD/4WD is 30K. You can use these with no problems.

They are great value! The price needs to be good for these washers given that they are one-time use only products.
To replace the crush washer on a 94 Toyota Pickup with an 18mm bolt, use an 18mm crush washer.
I found this product to be more thick than OEM, but it's working fine no matter how thick it is.
