That should be the case. There is a standard drain plug size on almost all Toyotas.

They will fit the 2004 Toyota 4runner 4 if I put them on. What is the difference between a V6 and a 4WD Sr5?

The rear diff is where I used them. On a '04 Tacoma 3, there are plugs. As it is a 4L V6 4wd Sr5, I would guess yes to that question.

By ordering these items, I don't have to pay an outrageous price to have the same thing done by a dealer. You should change the differential fluid in the rear once every 20 to 30 days The price of an AWD/4WD is 30K. You can use these with no problems.
