I am afraid I cannot check the OD since the gasket is installed. Walker's website is a good place to start.

The package could stand to be thicker, but it does what it is supposed to. The task of replacing it is difficult, especially if you live in a Rust Belt region like The flange will need to be drilled out and new stainless bolts (the Walker bolts are not up to the task) and jam nuts needed. A 12" x 15" piece of wood is needed The holes will be difficult to drill with this 3-inch drill bit, which will take all the strength you have. There is no guarantee that they will be exactly where you want them to be. As well as two sets of vise-grips to clamp everything together (without the exhaust cookie), so you can use one flange as a drill guide. * * With any luck, the car won't die before I have to do this job again.
There is an issue with the part fitting like the original part. There's a problem with the construction. Leaks in exhaust systems won't be repaired properly.
In regards to the catalytic converter on my 1999 Honda CRV. The seal fit right, but I used a little RTV to make sure it was secure.
I found this to fit my 2001 CR-V Providing a good seal without leaking, it works well.
It does what it's supposed to do.
The installation was done along with the replacement converter on a 2000 CR-V The fit is good.
I was very pleased with the product and the delivery time.
I am very disappointed in the fact that the product did not repair the catalytic converter directly.
