What are the cutout's dimensions? It states that there are six. 7” x 2. 2", but this can't be the case. 2" in height ?

The demension appears to be incorrect, as the height of the chart plotter is significantly higher than 2. 2 inches. Although number seven could be correct, I returned the gasket because it did not solve my problem.
