Questions & Answers
Radiators, on the other hand, are relatively simple to replace. I've only used it for expensive problems $1,000 and up (cracked heads, head gasket leaks, cracked engine blocks) - it's usually $100 for a new radiator on line. Even if these fixes are released tomorrow, I will have easily recouped the cost of the product as well as my time. I can look for other equipment to get ready for the job with the time it has given me. Just remember that less is more when it comes to this product. Small engines only need about a third to a quarter of a bottle, and if that doesn't work, repeat the treatment. So far, it's performed admirably on all four engines I've used it on.
It did not work on my car, but to be fair to the product, it does warn that if your seal is too badly cracked, it may not work. Several mechanics at Auto Zone said the product worked, so it could have been my car. It's also possible that something else is wrong with my car.
