Fits the y-axis but not the x-axis I have a '97 Ranger and it has the pipe to cat joint. Neither the screw holes nor the shape of the screws are of the right size and shape. There was a genuine Walker gasket with the correct bolt location, but the diameter of the cutout was too large. Even so, I put this one on anyway, because it at least had the correct cut out size. No leaks so far. Seems to be holding fine so far.
