Questions & Answers
It was not necessary for me to do additional tuning after installation. In the case of removing your old throttle body in order to install this new one, it is definitely possible to remove the throttle body before installing the new one.
The 90° V6 should work fine as long as it has an inverted trottel body style.
It is possible to improve efficiency if you need more fuel and air as a result of other modifications or changes.
Since most states do not require emissions tests on vehicles more than 25 years old, I would be surprised if you were required to perform one. In the event you run right from the start, it will not affect your test results. In addition to the addition of this kit, it would be a good idea to rebuild the TBI at the same time.

I would suggest that if you are unfamiliar with Throttle Bodies this might prove challenging if you do not have previous experience working on them. Because of the spring pressure, this particular throttle body causes difficulty for me. I have experience with both throttle bodies and carburetors. It was bolted up to my intake on the second try, and I was able to crank the truck. Whenever I drive it, it runs very well, and it seems to get better every time. In terms of horse power, I don't have much to say, but my truck does seem to do better in terms of running smoothly and i am confident that it is because of the horse power increase.
arrived quickly. It was exciting to receive this and to install it on my Chevy pickup. I don't know how much increase in driving performance I got, however, I did notice a significant speed improvement. I still have the Chevy P in my garage.
I stopped working my Jimmy because of it. It made my car shoot fireballs, so I removed it along with the throttle body spacer, but it didn't fix the problem. I put everything back to stock and it still doesn't work. I really don't understand how it makes more power considering that it was advertised as helping. Buy this product if you are not interested in it.
I was very pleased with the results. Probably not the 40 hp bump, but I did a fuel pressure test with the fuel pressure port the company sells, and it was just about right at 14 psi.
A huge improvement in power was achieved with the Buick Roadmaster after installing it.
To be honest, I would rather give less than I do. It had a terrible vacuum leak on both sides of the back of the truck when I put it on!.
This is an easy to install package. I liked it a lot. I'm not convinced it gains 40 horsepower, but there are noticeable improvements in the midrange.
I can't even tell that anything was done to the motor because I don't notice any increase in horsepower.
