It was a perfect fit for my Silverado 4 from 2003.
No, this part is only compatible with V-8 engines from GM vehicles manufactured between 2000 and 2008.
I can't give you an exact answer because I don't own that van. However. The simplest thing to do is remove your throttle body and inspect it; there are only a few bolts and connectors to remove.
It didn't fit my Chevy Silverado from 2003.

I ordered this item and double-checked the vehicle fitment before doing so, but it does not fit when I receive it. Very let down. So now I'm stuck with it and out the money because returning it would be far too difficult. Just wanted to let you know that if you're looking to order one of these for a 2003 Chevy Silverado with a 5. It's a 3 liter engine, and it's not going to work. Even if it says it will fit your vehicle, don't waste your time or money on it.
I removed my throttle body to clean it because the engine was idling poorly. Although I believe the gaskets are reusable, I figured that with the truck's age, a new one wouldn't hurt and wouldn't be too expensive. I'm glad I got a new one because the intake manifold isn't perfectly flat, so the gasket must be new to fill the gaps. If your engine has any air leaks, it will run poorly, especially at idle.
Gasket for the throttle body on GM vehicles (make sure it's the right PN). Do not remove the bottom bolt for the throttle body on your Vortec. When you remove the throttle body, you may end up with a big mess; when I removed the throttle body coolant hoses, they leaked all over the place. So they don't lose a gallon of coolant like I did, have someone hold them up or tie them up. Suburban 1500, year 2002.
the gasket must be replaced! Even if the old one is in good shape! While the throttle body is off, it's a simple and inexpensive repair. A small nick in the gasket can lead to a slew of issues!.
I'm so glad this was suggested when I purchased the throttle body. Amazon does an excellent job of figuring out what people buy in groups. The old gasket was severely worn when I removed the throttle body. If it hadn't been for Amazon's recommendation, I would not have known about it. If you're in the market for a new throttle body, this is a must-have.
It appears to be a perfect replica of the original seal. In fact, the old one could have easily been reused if it hadn't been slightly faded in color, but I swapped it out because I had already ordered the new one.
When I replaced the throttle body on my 2003 GMC Sierra SLT 5, I had no problems installing this. 3L. It was experiencing a problem with reduced engine power. That problem was resolved after I changed the Throttle body and this. This is a very inconvenient problem, and I now need to find a new starter. Oh well.
When I changed my throttle body, I wasn't sure I needed it. The original, on the other hand, had been smashed to a point where it couldn't be reused in certain areas. This gasket fits perfectly and seals up nicely, despite the fact that it is brand new. If I had tried to reuse a 12-year-old gasket at the time, I might have run into problems. There is no need to be concerned. So, if you want peace of mind and don't want to waste time finishing a repair or having to take the TB off and on to replace a gasket, get one of these.
