So far, everything seems to be going well. A couple of years ago, I bought this. This month's update is as follows In the past 6 months, randomly, the idle position at startup began getting stuck in the high position. The key has to be quickly turned off and back on again, or I can shut it off and restart it, and it will act normally again.
A new bracket that came with it did not fit, so I had to reuse an old bracket. It appears that the motor is functioning correctly.
There is an it. It lasted two years, almost up to the date. It's stuck on 4 and it's not moving. Despite having a low idle setting, the 9L Caddy still runs high. The money this time is going to be spent on an AC Delco product.
The Cadillac Deville 4 is an A+.
This would have been a 5 star product if the mounting bracket would have worked for my vehicle, but instead I had to re-use the existing.
This is the best.
I was very happy with it. The fitting was perfect other than the need to use the original mounting bracket.
