I tried to put fuel pressure behind this, but it just flew off if I put the inlet to my AC globe housing inside. Can you please explain how this is supposed to replace.

A good fit for Rochester 2bbl, 70-71 It's the same thing with a 76 Pontiac 350, 2bbl carburetor, if the filter is too tall, or too short, it'll cause the engine to fail to start
