Hopefully I will not need to use Even though I don't know whether I will use the heater, it is a cheap insurance to be prepared. While I live in an area that doesn't get winter fuel like some places, we hit temperatures low enough to justify getting fuel. In our case, we were hit with The last time it was 10* was a few weeks ago. The reason I got this was the same as why people carry 911 diesels around. A case of the worst kind. My fuel is treated, so I do what I can, but I wrote down this address because I felt safe with it. Rather than needing this and being left stranded, it is better to install this in advance and not require it later.
