For the reason that the product is so inexpensive, I was very skeptical about its effectiveness. I picked this for a lot less than other brands that go for $300. As advertised, this product does exactly what it claims to do. I am blown away by the response of my throttle. It surprised me how much of a difference this little device would make. I initially thought it was causing my remote starter to malfunction. 30 seconds after the remote starter turned the truck on, the truck turned off for no apparent reason. Although I initially suspected it to be the throttle controller, it turned out to be an unrelated engine check code which prevented the remote starter from working. As soon as I removed the code, everything was fine! It is too early for me to make a conclusion about the long term quality of this item, but I will provide an update if I encounter any issues.

There is a cheaper version for the 2014 3 that I found online. I installed the $5 Challenger that I bought for $60 in under 36 hours. It took less than five minutes and no tools were needed for installation. A friend and I took the $39 little gadget out for a test drive, and we were absolutely amazed at how much better it was than our previous wireless router.
