The question you asked is incorrect. The question you have is whether it will fit my throttlebody or carburetor. If your carb/tb is 5 1/8 4bbl, you will have to change it. it has a capacity of 2 barrels or less, then no.
That would depend on how much boost you use. It would be tough to get it to seal properly. The hats at Procharger would be my first choice.
I would do it as long as you still have a 2 bbl throttle body on it. The app runs on my 5 iOS device. The Grand Cherokee I have in 1998 is powered by a 9 Magnum motor.

I purchased this intake hat for my 1998 Grand Cherokee V8 and it fit perfectly. The hood does not need to be modified, I even have a throttle body spacer to compensate for tight clearance. ZJ throttle bodies have offset intake bolts, so I made an offset intake bolt for this throttle body From a piece of threaded rod purchased at the hardware store, make an intake bolt. There's no comparing the OEM and aftermarket plastic intake hats with this Spectre unit. It is more secure and bolts down nice and tight. A Squirrelly from 4" to 3" was also bought. To mate this intake hat with my CAI, I need a 5" inch 45 degree coupler. I needed something bigger to save space so the hood wouldn't hit it, and the height is perfect for my build with the Weiand 177 Supercharger and Holley 750cfm Supercharger. For the air cleaner tubes, we needed 1/2 inch of stainless steel spacer to run forward. You can slant it without a spacer and have it clear. I have yet to receive the assembly and filters, but they came in quickly. I can polish it myself to a better finish, but it needs a better finish. It is not recommended to purchase recommended wing nuts. My build does not use this mounting bolt, and the carb mounting plate is polished chrome, but you can read about the assembly being aluminum in this.
I love this 9L. It works perfectly. Upon bolting it to the stock stuff, I trimmed the lip on both sides of the stock flex tube and shortened it from 4 to 3 inches. Over this, you would need to go up to a 3" reducer. An intake tube that is 5" in diameter that the stock tube bolts onto. very well, no rubbing on the hood or the need to remove the heat shield.

I like the way it looks and how it fits. Ram air systems are well suited for this plenum since it facilitates good airflow. To access the carburetor, it is very easy to remove. You can tell from the moment you open the box that this piece is of high quality. There is a precision fit within the carburetor and induction tubes, and it is cast and polished aluminum. All I had to do was put this plenum on the front seat and think about it and my car would have ran faster. My engine's crispness, acceleration and response improve significantly.
