Is there a place for it to hook up?

The unit attaches to the throttle, but one day the truck wouldn't start, so I had to tow it to the dealership, whose warranty wouldn't cover it, and I had to spend 120 bucks to have it fixed. A six-month period of time was required for the device to work. As soon as the throttle body sucker was opened, the engine would roar.

There's no way for me to I had one that fit on my 2019 Ford Ranger.

Is it possible to disable MDS / Eco ?

Due to my Ford Taurus sho's makes and models, I'm not entirely Even after I put it on, I can tell the difference between it's stock mode and its track mode, but it feels as if its track mode was just as if it were not put on at all. Thank you for reading I hope that helped

As for the part number, can I use it for a GMC? It says Ford, but it is the same part number for a GMC. ?

It appears to be a programmer, but I don't know for sure. You can only smooth out the throttle response with this feature.
