I can say that it fits my 2004 Club Car if it is a club car.
I had a problem with a 2002 club car ds having hesitation or a loss of power as I accelerated or cruised. As soon as I replaced the unit, these issues were corrected and my top end speed increased. Getting a speed boost was a surprise, but I am glad I got

I purchased it in 2004) from Amazon but it was only active for I observed that my wife's 02 Club Car would jerk when the accelerator was pressed toward the end of the trip and then come back towards the end. Although I don't have much idea of how old the antique looks in comparison to the new one, it looks better built. If I encounter any problems with this unit, I will update this post. We are almost 3 months into the program and so far it's going well. The unit comes apart very easily and is easily replaced. Lift up the front of the cart and you will see that the only things left are the two screws, the two wiring connections, and the.
So far it is working well and has corrected our frustrating lack of consistent pedal response. Our cart selected the time it would leave and pick when it would. You have to push the pedal now. I may order another one just in case there is a return of the issue.
It was occurring at intermittent times and speeds, both when accelerating and decelerating, so I suspected that the MCOR (rheostat) was to blame, and it was getting worse and Once I had it jacked up on the side it was closest to, it took me less than 5 minutes to unplug the two connectors, undo two screws behind the screen and reinstall the screen. Gears shift in different ways due to their shapes, but the drive connector cannot be misaligned due to the different shapes. Just be sure to hold the shaft when pulling the MCOR off so it does not separate from where it is attached. After you replug the two connectors, the shaft will stay in place and the MCOR will be able to be put right back in place. I may have gotten it wrong, but it's back up and running.
Based on some extensive research, I eventually determined that this MCOR, along with the speed sensor, was the cause of the problem. My problem on hills is no longer an issue because neither was expensive. The problem has been solved - but I cannot remember which part was involved As soon as I installed a new speed sensor the cart speed increased from 7 mph to 14 mph.
I used it on my 2001 Club Car DS and it worked well. There are some excellent suggestions around pre drilling. There should be a little more space between the holes. This MCOR did, for my 2001 club car DS, stop the intermittent herky jerky hesitation that the vehicle was experiencing. While I did not experience a speed boost with this pedal, I am pleased that it feels much more consistent and stronger. Additionally, I would like to point out - It is true that those who claim a five or ten minute installation must be experienced and possess the right tooling to do the install under the cart. Because I'm new to this stuff, it took me about 30 minutes, with some extra helping hands from my wife. I'm still extremely pleased with how easy it was even for someone.
With this module installed on my Club Car DS 48 volt electric cart I no longer have any surging/hesitating issues as well as no dead pedal problems. In case you are experiencing these symptoms with your electric cart, this part is the one you should buy. The Straight-A When you have the cart correctly configured and secured, a complete removal and installation can be accomplished within 15 minutes. From the bottom of the DS carts, you can access the module. A frame-mounted module is secured to the frame by two 8mm or 5/16" screws and two wiring connectors connect to two terminals. There is no way to change the linkage to the pedal since it slides out of the module and only fits into the star-shaped There's no way you can mess It is easy to install.
This part will fit your 2001 Club Car DS perfectly. You will no longer have to jerk when you apply I would like to thank you.
Compared to the OEM version, this is much cheaper. The new MCOR fit and works perfectly in place of the old one, and it only took me an hour to replace the old one. I will update my review if things change if it continues for a while.
