The injectors in the LS4 closely resemble those in the GM truck engines. If you have factory LS4 rails or equivalent aftermarket rails, our 551371 adapters are recommended. I appreciate your help
I'll tell you the factory retaining clips won't work on your project. No clips are needed for these adapters to fit over the top of the injector. I am grateful for your help!
Having to do with what height they are injecting. To locate the injector part number, look up the part number on the injector. You can then compare the size of the injector in that manifold to that of the nnbs injector You'll be able to estimate if you need the hats by doing this. In my LS6 intake, I used these on shorty style injectors. As soon as I turned to the "truck" style I was no longer in need of them. It would be better to compare sizes using part numbers, because we don't know what height injectors you have right now.

For LS3 injectors, these are what you need.
Their leaks cause problems. You should buy an injector that is the right length.
