Are the rails both on the left and right sides of this order?

What are the uses for these strips? Can they be used on every glow plug?

There is a wire that comes down from the module to the rear glow plug on the drivers side, and you attach the strap there, then there is a wire that crosses the front of the engine to the passenger side, and you attach the strap to those four points. Thank you, I hope this is helpful. To access all the glow plugs, you have to remove the inner fender on the driver's side. Then remove the bolt from the steering shaft, slide the shafts apart, and you can access them all.
