I use it as a shower pump at a hunting camp during fall and use RV antifreeze to prevent ice build-up on the pump and lines. I've been doing it for five years now and have never had a problem
It's basically a cheap pump, but the quality is not very good. I ended up buying a sureflo pump and it was way more reliable. According to my memory, the pump has barb fittings for a hose clamp to be connected to the 3/8" hose.
Yes, I agree. Regardless of the orientation, it can be mounted.
The pump may be damaged by chemicals, but it has a low price, so it's worth trying.

It works well, performs as it should, but the barbed connections are injection molded, and they have a seam on the side of them, which causes leaks on both the suction and discharge sides. To no avail, even with hose clamps I was unable to get the tubing to seal on it. I tried a knife, file, and sandpaper but it didn't work. The pump will be returned as defective and I will probably buy another one. All in all, it seems to be a nice pump.
Despite not being as quiet and with less pressure than expected, it does its job to the best of its abilities and is This outdoor faucet needs to be plugged into your battery directly. It's perfect for outdoor showers and trailer sinks. If you want to have full-time power in it, I would suggest adding a kill switch on a positive terminal.
I bought this item on a whim as I had no idea what to expect. I have found it to be perfectly reliable both times. The water pressure was enough for a shower, and it turned off when enough pressure was built up. I like how it automatically shuts off when enough pressure is built up. My concern is that it is not the quietest, but not a major problem.
I am happy with my purchase. hooked it up to my existing battery and 12v power source and it worked fine. It self primed with no problem. I pumped about 150 gallons through it and there were no As far as I am aware, there There is no need to replace the pump and wiring fuse, but I would recommend installing one. We are very pleased with the quick delivery. A small toy hauler converted to a hot dog trailer used this pump to pump water into the sink.
There are too many vibrations, high noise, and the plastic connection is very small making it extremely difficult to clamp and tie this up well. Over $30 I feel like it isn't cheap but it has some shortcomings especially the noise in the nozzles and the overall sound quality.
Love the adjustable pressure switch on this pump. It works great without any issues. Although quite loud, it still sounds like a siren.
Back from vacation. Please see https//www. nbsp Water is not pumped through this device. Despite the motor making sound, no water is being produced. The least I can say is that I am disappointed.
