I'd break open your carbs and check to see if the needle will fit at its widest point. These shims have a 0.25 inside diameter. 126" (0. 32004 cm. If you don't have access to your carbs, I'd suggest searching the forums - Those types of people are usually quite knowledgeable.

Are these compatible with a keihin pb20 "kawasaki klx 140"?

In most cases, the needle on small bikes is the same. These fit perfectly on my Raptor 90.

Yes, if it's a stock or high-quality aftermarket carburetor.

They were ideal for the task at hand

They were ideal for the task at hand; I used these shims to shim the main jet needle after installing new jets in my 1995 Vulcan 750 to improve the performance of my main jet. I only needed a couple, so I would have preferred to be able to buy half the shims for half the price, but it was still one of the better deals I could find, especially since it included free shipping.

Shims are great! I'm running two of them in a Keihin CV on a Buell, and they're working fine. I was relieved to discover that these were still available. Because the price appears to be a little high, I only gave it four stars.
