Questions & Answers

How do you know if this fits an FCR39 MX?

If you have any questions, I would call JD Jetting. However, I would bet that they will fit your model carburetor.

What is the fitment of this for a 2002 KTM 400SX?

You can only use mikuni carbs according to the carb you have

Could this part be used on the grc6643gy 22e?

Not sure if it fits 49cc to 150cc carburetors. But it doesn't look like it will. However, these sizes are well suited for 50cc to 100cc engines.

I would like to give you Would you rate this book as three The only reason I ordered them was because I was under time pressure
3/5

There is no consistency in the size of these pilot jets, as several other reviewers pointed out. To put it another way, the size of the device should be correct as well. Neither of mine appeared to be clogged with any material, as they were all drilled through. My old 2000 KTM 380 was already the size I needed to jet, so I did not need to measure again. The cost of an actual Keihin 45 would be too high. It was hard to find a 42 at my local shop, since they did not have it One of the 40s they had was in stock. A lean diet is not a good idea. As such, I did have a point when I asked for The 42 pieces in this kit were the first pieces I cut. There was too much gas in the tank, so I couldn't even get the bike to run. Basically, I had to go all the way down from 42 to the 32 in this kit before I could get the bike to idle consistently. Also, even with the air screw nearly all the way in, it was still revving too high and hanging on idle when I went to bring it Initially I had no trouble getting the bike to idle, but after upgrading to the 35, it was way too rich, and I could not get it to do so without pulling the air screw out almost four turns (normal range being one or two My opinion of these jets is that they are junk. Don't spend your money on aftermarket jets, buy oem Keihins instead. There is a chance you might get in the ballpark with these, but it's not guaranteed. I would return them but we shouldn't waste our time or effort on them considering how cheap they are.

We have not received any complaints, we have not messed up any Thank you
5/5

I am pleased with you. Does perfectly with my PWK 28 flat slide carburetor with a power jet no threading issues whatsoever, and if u don't know what your idle piston is for, fix it with a higher pilot jet until you get the right one. Make sure that you do not starve your engine of the oil gas mix it needs or there could be a gapping hole in the piston or your engine will seize, and you won't be able to have fun. Look up plug chopping for a 2-foot plug if not sure You can search on Google with a single stroke. As for the carb mentioned, I used it on my 88 Blaster with no problems. It jetted just fine, too.

Is exactly as it should be
5/5

Since I don't see any difference between these and genuine Keihin Pilots, I don't see why they shouldn't be the same. As it turns out, these jets did not strip as if they were made from pack appears to be correct in terms of size. I save a lot of money by using this.

Aircraft that look like they were made in China
3/5

It's a 3 star product because it works. The jets were made in China, and we would have gotten five if they were from a Japanese factory. As of yet, I haven't measured to see if they are the actual size specified. However, it will not surprise me if they are not. Never again will I purchase from this company.

These work great, so you should Had jets to be on board as soon as possible
5/5

It appears that these shipments were made the same day and that they worked fine. The threads threaded right in to the stock carburetor without any problem.

Fits older Keihin carbs but not the newer ones
3/5

I'm not sure if they are really close, but they're not the same. There is a problem with the threads. This is unbelievable. There is a new Kawasaki KLX 140G for 2019.

I find this to be very useful
5/5

My review for the main jets is similar to what I did for those. There are no shavings on the jets, and they are well-bored The size was clearly marked. It worked well in the up position The jets in another carb have been also been reshaped to improve the bore on the stock jets.

I would rate it as a 9 out of 10
3/5

In the future, I will work for a different company. The majority of the drains are clear, but drain #50 is clogged and even the thinnest of jet cleaner rods aren't clearing the drain. I need all jets to work in order to rejet the carburetor. I did not like this at all. Do a better job of.
