Is the pin that keeps it in place included with this?

It is not clear to me. When I bought the float, I was going to help my brother rebuild a Q-car The carburetor in that 1974 Buick Skylark was installed on a 455 CID Stage 1 engine. To my knowledge, he has not rebuilt that carburetor yet. There shouldn't be too much difficulty in finding the float pin.
