Product Description

It is an easy and quick way to replace an old part on a carburetor.

The carburetor is adapted to the 4-barrel intake manifold by using square flanges.

I am willing to accept any 4bbl carburetor. The Holley 4500 and the original manifolds with exposed exhaust crossover tubes are the only 4bbl manifolds that can be fitted.

The adapter is 3/4" high without gaskets, measured from the top of the adapter

Listed below are the gaskets, nuts, washers, and studs included in this kit. It is made of diecast aluminum and is easy to install.

it is a spreadbore intake, the carb mount will be on the bottom

They are used as studs for a certain carburetor in which the studs pass through the plate and the carburetor.

Is this kit compatible with the Nissan Frontier 2002 4 Cyl?

It is for 1987 and older American cars with 4 barrels carburetors.

I purchased it because I thought I might be able to save some money. Mr. Gasket adapters usually have a design that is similar to this one. This is an easy to install product. There was a problem with the bolts in this adapter as they were too short. Once the gasket was installed, there was barely three inches left in the adapter. A thread protrudes from the adapter on all four sides. I found it even more difficult to install the carburetor (or the throttlebody in my case, the Sniper EFI throttlebody) with flat washers on the carburetor. We would suggest this company look at their hardware again. We would not recommend installing this adapter to an aluminum intake unless you already have hardware of the right length.

And now, this carburetor adapter came with everything that I needed to attach a Fitech throttle body to I found this approach to be useful. The price was well worth it.

While I wait for another manifold, this will have to do. There is a slight spread in the bore of the Demon carburetor, so it wouldn't fit in stock 440 intake.
