It's highly unlikely that something like this will happen. It is important to understand that most 150cc engines do not have oil filters. The oil filters on scooters are more specific and as efficient as those on cars. Each size fits an individual and is not generic. Using this setup allows Piaggio scooters from 200cc to 330cc to run, although a Chinese quad engine 150cc shouldn't fit this kind of setup.

It fit great and is easy to install. These tend to be more suited to my tastes than to the stock or malossi brands. There is a Hex fitting rather than a slot on this set. This is the 2018, Vespa GtS 300 for you.

I bought this replacement from eBay because my Vespa 300 GTS needs it. In comparison with using large flat tools, the use of a tool like a wrench gives me more flexibility. There are fewer opportunities to loosen and tighten things.

A bit tricky to remove from an old filter, but since the bottom of this filter is molded, it went down pretty easily. It's also a good value when you consider the value.

Simple to install and easy to remove

Thanks to its 17-mm nut on the end of the filter, it is easy to install and remove. This is much better than what it originally was.
