This is the first time I've had a problem with mine. That sounds like a bad gas issue. An issue with tuning
There are five Ks and five Ls It is N 63-64 An estimated 17HP of power gains can be expected from the 9039 Air Intake. It replaces the stock intake, which gives more HP opportunities than to replace the stock intake with a stock one would.

It is the third of four k&r's This was my first intake I installed and I think it's a bit more interesting than the others. The only one I broke during the installation was this one. This is everything that I think is good and bad about The pros are This is *br1. The throttle response has been improved. It's possible that it has more power, but you won't notice any real difference. * Note 2 I can see more smoothness in the take off and acceleration.
3. You've got an amazing story to tell. In normal driving, it is subtle, but as soon as you plant your foot, it becomes the rpm should be over 4k for it to be truly loud. In case you have ever experienced a car intake, you will most likely agree that this one is very 4* B* C. It will be interesting to see how gas mileage is after a few hundred miles, but after just the first test drive, I'm pretty confident that the car will deliver better gas mileage. 3. What is5. Please see K&K The N's technical support was awesome, and they also replaced parts that had been broken during installation for free (see the cons for more details)*. All of their products are fully guaranteed by the company, and they even guarantee in the event of a factory warranty claim denial due to this intake, they will replace it for free. The cons are This is *br1. provide detailed pictures of an actual Toyota Tacoma like mine. (Much like every other K&N k&n tutorial I've seen. Intake I have installed) however I feel like they could have been a lot better with details on some parts and installation instructions. Directions appear to have been put a lot of effort into them and they are good, but some parts could have been made better. * Note 2 I snapped off the breather tube fitting as I was tightening it down (see If this had already been done on the tube, why hadn't it been done then? It doesn't matter how you put it together, just be extremely careful. **** (It is important to keep in mind that K&L My local dealer provided me with a free replacement intake tube and fitted it after I called them). ***
br>3. While it is very easy to figure out, I feel that the screws they used could have been streamlined. To conclude, I would definitely recommend this for your Tacoma if you want better throttle response, a deep growling engine sound, and/or an overall more enjoyable driving experience. Make sure you read the instructions for each step and be extremely careful as you install the device. Keep everything as loose as possible!.
There have been about three months since the last aftermarket part was installed. It's hard not to praise this intake because it's nearly perfect. In the past, I got around 17 miles per gallon, but now I'm getting 19 About 20 per cent of the time. Unless I drive like a grandma, I can drive no more than 21. noticed a difference in throttle response right after I pressed the pedal. According to some critics, it just sounds louder, so you think it has a better throttle response. It is louder (and You are going to hear this a lot louder if you step on it really hard). Although I own a speed3 as well, so I know when a vehicle has improved performance. It was a great decision not to go with the chrome and go with black plastic. It looks awesome, doesn't look cheap, and was not made from cheap plastic. As a handy person, I was able to install it in an hour or two. An improved labeling system could be used to indicate which bolts/parts go where in the instructions. When all the screws are put together it appears as if they were all the same, but they're actually all As I installed everything, I spent the majority of my time trying to figure out where various bolts/nuts go. There is no question that this upgrade is a must.
As soon as I overtightened the plastic breather valve that was included with the machine, it snapped K&N is not as cheap as Napa's metal one, but I expect more when it comes to quality In this case, I took a point off the quality rating. As I look at the 2-D image, I am seeing It is performing its function since it is getting 3 more mpg and my exhaust is louder. The purchase overall was a good one.
It was a real treat to sit down and finally get my hands on one of these KN cold air intakes. No matter what any of you say, the acceleration is way smoother than it was before. My whole situation isn't just my imagination. The engine takes off much faster and you can hear the intake if you give it a lot of gas. I am really happy with it so far, the only disappointment is that the KN intake I bought was supposed to come with a chrome-tipped filter, which I had been looking forward to, but mine came black. A 10mm bolt was also missing from my washer fluid housing, so I had to use one from there.
This is what I bought for my 2016 Toyota There was an error in the box, as the air flow sensor adapter was not Upon reaching out to the customer support line, they immediately identified that the adapter inside the box was indeed we incorrect part. Unfortunately, it took a week for the new adapter to arrive, so I had to put the old airbox back on while I waited for the replacement to arrive. Yet they sent it to me at no cost, and everything was perfectly installed. Unless you really push the truck to a higher level, I suppose it would feel a little sluggish while in normal driving mode (ECT PWR button disabled). that it has cold air intake, it drives more like a normal pickup truck on the highway There is just an apparent improvement in breathing. When this is coupled with ECT PWR, you can feel it pulling While it does increase engine noise, under normal driving conditions it is not really noticeable The only time it makes a monster noise is when you open it. There is a lot of quality materials used in the piece, as well as the sound that it adds.
I was unhappy with it. The solution helped with both of those things. really does speed up throttle response and also produces a nice sound coming from the engine. I am very happy I bought it.
Install was easy, and even though I do not have a dyno other than the one I am sitting on, throttle response is much better with much less lag and revs are For three tanks now, my MPG has only increased by 1 mile, and I'm having so much fun pedaling that it's probably due to my playful nature. Obviously this is going to increase the under hood noise when you press on the pedal, so if you want a well-quiet vehicle, this is NOT the product for you. If you want to upgrade your stock drop in filter element, just buy a K&N. I do not know the The product seems to be working well for me, and I am not surprised by increased noise level as I have.
