There is no way it fits As a result of the answer to this question, I ordered this 5 inch ID pipe, but it does not fit my pipe, which is 1 inch ID. It has a diameter of 5 inches.
this cap fits an adult with a height of 135 centimeters. Currently, you need a rain cap for a 5 inch pipe, but if you need it for a 2 inch pipe, I would recommend part 35512.
If the pipe is 1.25 in diameter, it is NOT compatible. The ID on mine is 1 inch, whereas the ID on 5 inches is 5 inches. There is a 5 inch ID on the strap, but it does not fit it.
In order to get 2, you need 35512. There is no pipe larger than 0".

When it comes to selecting the right size, it's difficult to tell what size to choose. As you are aware of what the real ID of the cap you wish to obtain, it's really a crap shoot what will end up happening. The descriptions would be much more helpful if they mentioned the sizes that they came in. Imagine that you needed a rain cap to go over a 2"OD exhaust pipe. You would need a cap in the range of 1"- 2". Measurements between 15/16" and 2" Although it is theoretically clear that 2" OD pipe will fit 1/16" diameter, I did get a 2" diameter one that did not fit over my 2" OD pipe, so we had to heat and struggle with.
In the description, it wasn't stated whether or not this would fit a particular pipe size.
The exhaust for the truck is hard mounted and would flow directly into the cab after we make a welding skid for the truck. Since it's not a plumb exhaust, I was concerned that the angle may not work - but it does, it runs down the highway shut, and it works well.
Shipping back was too expensive, so I did not send it.
My favorite sound these make on a tractor running at low rpm is the sound these make when it is running low on fuel. It appears to be well-made with a durable finish. So far it has been super easy to install (I only had it a week). 1953 was the year that John Deere model 40 came into being. Your decision will be a good one.
Seems to work OK. I had to use a SST bolt and nut, as the one they give you is just zinc-plated steel and probably would.
The chipper I use has a 1 1/4" exhaust, so I used it on that. I had to tighten it all the way to get it to fit.
This is a very well made product. It has a good tolerance.
