This is a high-quality stainless steel, what kind is it?

At the moment I am on the road and not in my home so it might be 304.

3 inches is probably made of 304 stainless steel, 2 inches is not as certain as a magnet sticks to the 2 inches so it might be made from 400 stainless steel

Can you confirm that this is stainless steel 304?

As far as I can tell, it is the same thickness as original exhaust

It would have been nice to have To shape a 25" ID to a For the installation of a new muffler and to correct a design flaw in my Jeep's exhaust system, I needed a 5 inch ID ADAPTER.
A perfect fit for my needs was the Adapter Over a two is the large end. It was easy and smooth to insert the adapter into place at both ends of the Tail Pipe using 5" OD pipe (enforcement pipe) attached to the muffler outlet and the small end of the Adapter inside the Muffler outlet. The stainless steel material used for construction is of high quality, and the execution is flawless. The 5" clamps are too small and difficult to install, and the 2. 2 clamps are more convenient. It is impossible to tighten the bolts on 75" clamps with an impact wrench, even after the bolts are tightened by hand.

It was a good product, but billed and sent me two. My needs for size and inside and outside diameter were not met by these products. I am seeking refunds for the purchase and a credit for the shipping costs. Despite that, I have done a lot of business with Amazon as you can see from my past purchases. Materials are extremely thin, which makes them difficult to work with. It's better to use clamps rather than welding, or cover the existing exhaust pipe with sleeves.

I would recommend it. This is a very good Delivery in a timely manner. They are the right size for mounting my header collectors from 2. Bought two to fit. The difference between 5 inches and 3 inches. I am very satisfied with this.
