The car I have is a 1999 CR-V In the middle of driving, my engine made a whistling sound. After looking around until I found it (it was hard), I narrowed it down to the PCV valve or I bought this product and it arrived quickly to Hawaii at a good price. The moment I got it, I ran to my car to put it in. It was not difficult to remove the rubber gasket, taking into account the age of the vehicle and the fact it was rubber. It was very easy to put the new gasket on and it was well-fitting. I was able to install the valve easily, and the gasket fitted snugly over it. The whistle did not go off when I started the car! I'm so happy! I fixed it for $10 and it worked great.
