The grommet is smaller than it should be. A grommet that fits the ID of the valve cover opening is 1/2 inch. However, it falls into the opening on the 2 magnum engine. Ideally, the top flap should be about 2 inches long, so the bottom flap should be around 1 inch. There is a seal around the 5 inch valve cover hole. One grommet flap is all that is needed here. A grommet falls into the valve cover when it is 5 inches long. It would have been better if I read the reviews more carefully.

Since it is just a grommet, I would not say I love it. I love it. Has a purpose and does the job it was designed There have been a few months since it was installed on the engine, and it still seems to be functioning correctly.
