The breather is not for you. I have not been able to find a breather to fit my 305 small block, however it will fit the standard PCV valve. Considering how big the valve cover hole is, I am pretty sure 350 is the same size.

Though the product appears to be well made, I have a problem in that it is listed to fit my 89 Corvette, but these do not. For small block Chevy engines with steel valve covers, this is the product you need.
