A good quality product! My Chrysler 300 is now equipped with new spark plugs. During the removal of the intake manifold, I discovered that the EGR tube was loose, and there were no gaskets between the EGR pipe and the From Amazon, I ordered this shirt and it fit perfectly, and the quality was excellent. When I was working on the left side of my engine (opposite to the right side of the engine in the US), I had removed the intake manifold and used a 1/4" (10mm) socket rachet to access it. In order for the egr tube to move in the inlet manifold during assembly, tightened it enough that it can move slightly. Alternatively, the ground can be approached through the underbody of the car if needed. My doubts about that are however strong. A gasket was missing from my car and it was running. That's crazy to think about, I know.

A cardboard gasket is a better alternative to a steel gasket

While this gasket fits, it is not as strong as the stock gasket. It is made of a multilayered To make this look better, spray this whole back with copper spray. If you absolutely must use this, I recommend doing it all over with A steel gasket being swapped for cardboard seems way out of left field. how could people think this would make sense?.

The old gasket was a multi layer steel stack, according to a reviewer This was also a fiber gasket of some sort, from what I can make out. The interfaces are not machined like the one between the EGR and the block (which is a SS gasket). The airtight seal is provided by a fiber or composite gasket (like the one pictured here), which will compress into place and produce an airtight seal when secure.

The item has been ordered, but it is As an EGR valve replacement, I ordered this to go with the valve I ordered and didn't realize new gaskets were included with the valve (the valve listing did not specifically state they were included)

There was no need for the gasket, it was the right one. If you wish to order it, make sure it will be of use to you. In view of the cost, it would have been irresponsible to return it and lose 75% of its I will keep it even though I don't need it this year.
