The part numbers are for the 38mm MVS valve only; the description mentions the others because it was taken from our site, which lists them all on one page with a dropdown menu. We are currently out of stock of the MVR diaphragm, so it is not available on Amazon.

In the bag, there are only screws. There isn't a diaphragm to speak of. Currently unfinished.
