I replaced the old unit because it was making a buzzing noise. I installed the new one and the sound has gone away. It takes one month for the check engine light to come on after installation. The waste gate solenoid code appears when the diagnostic tool is plugged in. After replacing the old unit, the light went out, however the noise has returned. Obviously, this is a cheaper alternative to the OEM Ford part, but the quality is You don't have to struggle to get to it since it's an easy part to get to.
