As it turns out, this was going to be used for a custom intake relocation, but it was replaced by It was much too big on the 5" side. Clamping it to a 3 caused it to double over. Pipe with a diameter of 5' and a depth of 3'. When measured with digital calipers, the ID is 9". The durability and value for money in regards to the product I didn't really get a chance to test as I didn't use it at all. I needed the silicone to fit my needs, but the silicone was nice and thick, so it did not fit. It was way off in terms of size.
