It is a clamp with a T-shape In the add, the bolts appeared to be yellow-colored A zinc chloride or zinc chromate of quality T- A bolt. As it turns out, what arrived was standard zinc. The clamps, however, are of stainless steel and are very good. On the other hand, I invested in more durable clamps for my build. It's more likely that you're ordering aluminum tubes and silicone couplers in large quantities. It appears the tubes still have buffing compound on them, but as someone who just recently finished buffing aluminum, I understand. The kind of customer who expects to receive everything for free is not worth dealing with. I feel like someone who is far away and not even reflected in the price buffed these. I appreciate it. These can be cleaned up, and I can make a really nice set of intercooler intake piping at a cheaper cost than I would have to pay to buy something local.
