No, it's a T3 flanged turbo. This part is for a turbo with a T4 flange.

Both flanges' machining is obviously a shambles. I'm not sure how someone views this, or if anyone views these at all, but they're sent in a non-usable state. I understand these are low-cost alternatives, but the flat flanges are the simplest part of the process.
It won't work with hooker long tube headers because of the super short 90 degree bend, but it might in another application. However, I had issues with my thermostat housing touching the t4flange, as well as the fact that it is at3/t4 and the holes are extremely close to the opening, which makes me think it will leak, but who knows!.
This item is of excellent quality. The fit and finish were excellent. I would strongly suggest it.
It can be welded and will fit a T4 turbo.
